Refund Policy - the basics
Due to the customized nature of my items, I can process returns within 10 days of the shipment delivery date. Please contact me as soon as possible if there's an issue with your delivered order.
If your item arrives damaged, you must take photographic evidence and email me within 72 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or stolen during shipment. Please forward all shipping related questions to the shipping carrier.
