Order Processing Time and Delivery

 

All orders ship within  5 -10 business days (not including weekends and public holidays). This is the time it could take from when you place your order to when your order ships.

 

Due to the weight of our items, they are only eligible for priority shipping, and not the cheaper alternative of first-class shipping. Purchasing priority or priority express shipping does not mean that the processing time will be bypassed.

 

We cannot be held responsible for the speed at which USPS or other carriers deliver your package. We will not issue refunds regarding shipping transit times. Free shipping does not guarantee USPS priority mail, and may likely be shipped via UPS ground. All issues regarding guaranteed delivery dates should be made via the shipping carrier.
